RECON pants are modern cargo-style motorcycle pants designed for city riding and summer trips. They combine a high level of protection with a lightweight, breathable construction and a modern look, making them equally suitable for riding and everyday wear. Their versatile character makes them easy to pair with both urban motorcycle outfits and touring setups.

Technology for comfort and safety

At the heart of the RECON pants is advanced Cordura® Denim fabric — a high-quality cotton material reinforced with Cordura® nylon and elastane. This combination provides a high level of durability and protection while maintaining comfort, flexibility and breathability, and giving the pants a clean, modern look. RECON pants are AA certified, while the Monolayer+ construction keeps them lightweight and breathable without the need for multiple layers of material. Protection is provided by G-FLEXX Level 1 protectors on the hips and G-FLEXX Level 2 protectors on the knees, which are adjustable and can be removed from the outside.

Modern design and refined details

RECON pants feature a modern cargo cut that offers a close, comfortable fit while maintaining freedom of movement. Four pockets add everyday functionality: two front pockets and two side cargo pockets with Velcro closures.At the back, a short connection zipper allows the pants to be attached to all SHIMA jackets, while the design is completed by a practical waistband carabiner that also doubles as a bottle opener.
